Elton was courteous and helpful as we worked through an issue with my UX-100 thermocouple logger. Ultimately, the company told me they would replace the logger at no cost due to the nature of the problem so I am looking forward to hearing from the customer service folks to find out how to do that.

The purchase was quick and easy. I received a confirmation email almost immediately with all the details I needed to process the invoice and track the shipment.

First time using them and it will NOT be the last! Everything from placing the order to the customer service team when I needed to return an item was absolutely the best I have the pleasure of doing business with. Their teamwork really stands out in my situation, when i needed to return an item I did not contact the correct department - my inquiry was immediately forwarded to the right person and in less than 20 minutes I had a work order, return shipping instructions and confirmation of a replacement on it's way. Outstanding service plain and simple.

Works great with minimal issues There have been minimal issues with connectivity. It has always connected back to the network after losing connection. Although, it did require resetting the hardware a couple of times to get it to reconnect.

This is the second Onset data logging sensor device we have owned, our first was over 12 yrs old. This was the first time I used this new one and the configuration was simple like the old one, but the app was a nice feature for this work. It took me about 10-15 min to retrieve the logged sensor data the first time. It seams I was only down loading the one reading I was viewing because I had not loaded the entire file of points before taking the download. It was only a three time attempt and I figured it out. I sure like the app feature....
