Great customer service; received my order the next day!

I need the software experience your promotion seemed to promise but did not deliver. I need for my well operators to be able to drive up close to a well location in their pickup, punch the hobo icon on their phone and immediately see the last day of data. No picking a device. No looking at yesterdays file. no picking a file. Just look at the last days data displayed as variable vs time. Always on the same vertical scale. Their job is to keep the field producing, not manipulate data devices. They find phones challenging No amount of discussion with programmers or rationalization about what someone could do with the data will make any difference to this need. We gather and display tons of data. I work with programmers every day. Some days we have to discuss termination in order to bring the product in line with simple, essential, critical needs un-obscured by creative answers to never-asked questions.
