I got what I needed, quickly, and at a good price. Very happy with my rain gauges.

I have always liked Onset Hobos and Hoboware, so Onset was the only company I considered when I wanted new Hobos. The software was easy to upgrade and is easy to work with.

The website and shipping were flawless, all the items came timely and worked well. Now I have to read the instructions. :)

The delivery of the order equipment was unbelievable fast. We will placing the equipment out in the near future, and we have great hopes it will work as well as other Hobo products have worked for Acadia National Park.

The customer service for ordering items is amazing and well done. What needs work is more testing up front on data logging software. It took me several weeks of crashing software and my own process of elimination to figure out the kinks in the OSX version of the software not compatible with the latest version of Java. But after I figured it out, the fix was made and Onset fixed the software and re uploaded it.

5 Stars: Excellent. I fully recommend this company to anyone needing a Data Logger for refrigeration or freezing.
