When your company is growing fast it is always challenging, one of the biggest challenges when growing exponentially is making sure to have enough inventory on hand and capital to expand to new in-demand products when needed and having capital to hire new employees. So having access to on-demand funding is crucial and that's what On Ramp provides and they do it better than the rest. We are company that has a owns outright the large property our warehouse is on and been in business over 65 years we could have easily definitely gotten a LOC or loan from a bank but banks are extremely slow and aren't dynamic enough to accommodate the changing needs of a businesses that depends on e-commerce sales. On-Ramps repayment structure is also setup based on a percentage of your sales so if you have a slow sales period your repayments are lower, with a tradition bank you just have to pay the same amount regardless of your sales. I was somewhat hesitant to work with a funding company as I have had bad experiences before and have also heard horror stories from my peers (about other types of funding companies not OnRamp) but from the beginning even before our first round of funding On-Ramp Fundings entire team was helpful, courteous, quick to respond to and questions, and the funding process is very transparent. They really do work according to your needs and are extremely accommodating to a companies changing financial needs and work with you/your company. They want to create a mutually beneficial relationship that creates business for them while helping their customers grow and receive funding flexibly, which is very refreshing as many funding companies only care about themselves. Their team is very knowledgeable of the e-commerce space and communicate clearly and immediately there is never any lag in communication and everyone I've talked to at On-Ramp appears to be USA based. Overall they are a great company and if you are looking for funding please don't look any further because you'll just be wasting your time as you are not going to find a company better than On-Ramp.

This is a follow up on a previous review. After I wrote the review, the company reached out and asked that I give them another try. I was asked several times to remove my initial review but I did not because it was a reflection on my initial and organic experience. After completing the service, I have been getting bombarded daily with hundreds of calls AND text messages from other lending services asking if I'm still in need of funding. This is ironic because the only new company I have applied for was Onramp. I'm not sure if Onramp sells all of their customers information or if this is punishment for me not removing my initial review. Either way, this distasteful practice makes me glad that I did not change my review after being called and emailed about it so many times....

The people I spoke with were honest and listened. They understood what I was telling them my needs, as well as my goals, and they worked together with me to end a solution. Grateful that I found them.

Onramp is exactly what the world of e-commerce needs. Despite my company already being profitable, banks are complete dinosaurs if you haven't been in business for at least 2 years, and even most other sites claiming to support small businesses were dead ends or very frustrating to deal with. Onramp hasn't just been supportive in financing, but you're actually dealing with ***human beings*** who you can speak to on the phone, and who are there to support and encourage your business beyond just a simple loan. My company is dedicated to animal protection so thanks on behalf of me and a lot of endangered species who very much need the help!
