I switched from a horrible company to OnPay. OnPay was absolutely amazing! They helped me set everything up and answered any and all questions. I plan on sticking with OnPay for a very long time.

We have been using OnPay for our payroll needs at our church for several years. During this time, there have been several specific things that I have needed assistance with. OnPay has a staff that is knowledgeable, attentive, and available every time I call for help. Not only does their website work exceptionally well with no glitches, but their technical support is knowledgeable and very proficient.

It is a comprehensive service that manages our payroll taxes and reports, our PTO calculations, and onboarding tasks in addition to providing seamless direct deposit paychecks. Customer service is great. I don't know how we managed before we found OnPay.

The OnPay payroll is very user friendly I was never a payroll processor but was able to quickly learn how to process payroll using OnPay. Most of what I have learned is self-taught but when I reach out to customer service, I always get help from a knowledgeable person.

I have been with Onpay for a year. I was with Patriot Software and they are in business to screw people out of money. It has been fantastic dealing with Onpay and no headaches or drama. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had such a great experience using OnPay! I signed up about a year ago and everything about the process was smooth and uncomplicated. Any time I had a question, I would call and get right though and a knowledgeable person would walk me through whatever needed to be done. Highly recommend!
