Pricing is great and onboarding was super easy. Emily from the onboarding team was amazing.

The team is very responsive when it comes to helping a new customer get onboarded. This was a relief to me and really made getting my payroll setup a lot less stressful.

Onpay has been an asset to my organization with an easy to understand process and excellent support staff to guide you along the way.

The interface is easy to use and I have great control over how my staff get paid, get bonuses, and build PTO. But the best thing about Onpay is their customer service. It is outstanding. And the other great thing is how affordable they are. I was paying a lot more for Paychex and they were making mistakes. Now if mistakes are made, I only have myself to blame.

As a CPA, I wasn't comfortable paying caregivers for my 90'ish parents "off the books." I needed a payroll company that was easy-to-use, affordable and appropriate for the 1~3 employees/contactors we might have at any one time {i.e., NOT interested in ADP or one of the big companies). 3+ years later, I am enthusiastic user of OnPay because their pricing is reasonable, their interface is generally easy-to-use and actually quite rich if one needs details and multiple options, and oh yeah, their support is excellent. I am moderately comfortable with online / financial software and OnPay is actually intuitive. When I've had a question or problem (several times in the 1st year, less often lately), their support response and effectiveness is EXCELLENT. Yes, I have recommended OnPay to friends.

OnPAy has been fantastic in helping me get going with Payroll. Having never done this I was making the typical noob mistakes and just plain needing handholding. OnPay support is easy to reach, quick to respond, get to the root of the support issue and solve it and do it all in a pleasant, friendly and non-condescending manner. OnPay offers everything needed for a business for the fraction of the price... on boarding, back office for HR, payroll (of course). Their system is very simple and easy....not complicated like most. Customer service is very quick to respond (via phone and email) if you have any questions or need help. This company is awesome!!
