This is such a user friendly program to use. Payroll is so much easier to complete and if I have a question I have used both the chat box and calling the customer service number and have been guided through the steps needed to answer any questions or problems that I have. Onpay is amazing!
Onpay has been a huge time saver! The platform is extremely user friendly and easy to use. I’m able to do my payroll and onboarding in minutes. Employees are able to go in and manage their own information so it saves all of us the back and forth of getting it to them. Their customer service is impeccable! We’re incredibly happy with Onpay!

Best Decision in the Past Five Years
We searched high and low for a reasonably-priced payroll solution that would be easy to use, accessible from anywhere, and that would file all the necessary State and Federal payroll reports for us. We eventually found OnPay and it has been excellent. We had a few issues with getting the State unemployment taxes withholding correctly, but OnPay eventually fixed the problems. That was a very small aggravation compared to the benefits and we couldn't be happier with the software.

I am On pay User for the past few…
I am On pay User for the past few months, and I have not has a problem or issues with the program and also excellent customer services. I am delighted to say that this is a unique program for payroll, and I recommend it.

Best payroll processing platform
OnPay is the best payroll processing platform out there. It is user friendly and economical for any small business especially. If you do not understand payroll, OnPay is your best choice and with the cost you can't beat that.
