Exceptional Service
We have used OnPay for several years now. As a small, community organization, we don't always understand the nuances of configuring our payments to employees (lifeguards) and contractors (coaches). OnPay is very responsive to our questions and the system is very easy to use and setup. I would recommend OnPay without reservation.

COVID-19 Shut Down
Onpay had quick and correct answers to my Covid19 shut down for payroll. Online payroll for the partial months and time not working due to Covid19 was made easy through Onpay!

*****New OnPay Client Review*****
We are a six-month OnPay client and are happy with our decision. The most straightforward and user-friendly small business payroll/benefits platform we have used and we have worked with a few of them: (ADP, AmCheck, Paychex, QuickBooks, Wells Fargo, etc.). The helpdesk is timely and efficient and available by chat or phone.

Overall fantastic product
Overall fantastic product Everything from onboarding new payroll clients, adding new employees to the day-to-day processing has been seamless. Support is quick to respond and resolve issues, software is transparent and easy to use. Thank you from an accountant who doesn't usually enjoy payroll
