I use OnPay for my law firm with 3 employees and 3 contractors. The service is great and takes care of helping to automate my payroll. It also integrates with my accounting software so that everything flows smoothly. Whenever I do have questions, they always answer within 24 hours and usually even faster. On top of it all, their pricing can't be beat! I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

OnPay is the best payroll administrator I've ever worked with including in-house payroll administrators from pervious companies. OnPay's system provides support and data information at a level that you would expect to find at an ERP module system level. As most companies know, part of what drives vendor decisions is pricing, efficiency, and ROI. OnPay's standard pricing is a model that works for any size business in a fair and competitive way while being scalable. Since moving to OnPay, we have not seen a rate hike, a change in their pricing models, or bait and switch pricing tactics once you've migrated over. They have designed a system where there are no levels that offer different features that require you to "pay up" like with QuickBooks, PayChex, and ADP. The old motto "you get what you pay for" does not remotely apply to OnPay. The level of service and customer care I receive has been ten-fold of what I've received from larger companies like QuickBooks, PayChex, and ADP. We migrated from QuickBooks Payroll. The OnPay sale representative did not oversell their product or misrepresent the ease of transition. It was like clockwork for us, and we had no issues. It was truly a push button process where we were live and fully functional the same day. The system itself is very easy to use and very intuitive. The ease of setting up employees goes one step further by sending a link to your employee to have them complete and/or confirm their personal information. It saves our business time and resources by giving ownership to the employee to ensure all information is up to date and have the ability to access their information. Their reporting system is solid. I can pull down my data in a myriad of ways through various reports. I have yet to come across a report I can't find nor found the need to have a one-off report built. We have a dedicated support team. They are always nice, professional, patient, and have the ability to clearly understand my needs or requests. I have yet to run into a team member that has not been able to provide me with a live resolution. The team clearly understands the system in an "in-the-weeds" level. There have been a few times where I've had to reach out to my account support team. It's usually for minor things, walking me through how to do something that would be a one-off, or just to confirm I'm doing something correctly. I have always reached out to the team via the chat option. Their response is fantastic. I normally have an answer and resolution to my question within 10 minutes or less depending on the complexity. OnPay has designed a system so efficient and straightforward; I process our payroll in under 10 minutes. I have confidence in the system that it will be handled appropriately. I love that my employees are notified when the payroll has been processed. They can go to their portal and review any details once the notification has been issued. It's so clear for the employee, that I've never had a question about payroll since we moved to OnPay. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend OnPay for your Payroll Administration. They have made payroll a simple process where technology takes the onus off my business and provides customer support to make the process easy. We are so committed to OnPay, that we no longer do an annual vendor review in regards to payroll. When ADP or PayChex sales reps reach out to us and I inform them we have OnPay, the sales call just stop. That should tell you all you need to know about OnPay. Even the competition won't try to sell you their product because they know they can't compete.

Easy to work with! Easy processing.

I have been using OnPay for about 3 years now and find their software intuitive and the customer service responsive and easy to work with. Whenever my state makes a change to tax/payroll circumstances, I just forward off to the team at OnPay and they take care of it. I would highly recommend their product and services.

For this CPA, OnPay has been a reliable "go to" solution. My parents are older, and we have hired two care-givers to ensure their daily needs are well-supported. Ensuring they are paid legally, with all appropriate taxes paid out means that we need payroll help. I set up the entity and OnPay helps me do the rest. Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.

It is very easy to set up and run payroll with Onpay and the reports are very accurate. In case you can't figure out something, the customer service is excellent and they are ready to help you. I've been helped several times and they are very quick and reliable. Overall experience for me has been Excellent! I would recommend Onpay to anyone who is in need of a payroll service.
