Ordered three units primarily for their quoted cooling ability. Only two units ever arrived! Neither of the two units worked to cool anything. One, no output of anything ing cool cycle, The second unit seemed to move a tiny bit of air on the cool cycle, however the output air was exactly the same tempurature as the input air===no cooling at all. As the unit draws over 1000 watts on HEAT cycle it could work as a space heater with electric resistance heating and electric resistance heating is VERY costly!! In summary, clear advertising as to what the customer can expect, the exact method of how the unit works on the heat and cool modes would MAKE THIS A MORE PRACTICAL BUY. However, after many emails back anf forth, they have completly refunded my money.
