Thank you for sharing your feedback, Rich. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this situation has caused. After carefully reviewing your case and conducting a thorough investigation with our sales team, we confirmed that the sprayer model purchased does not include the spray pattern nozzles, cleaning tools, or the pickup tube filter as part of its standard package contents for that specific listing. We understand that this caused confusion and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has created. Our goal is always to ensure our customers are treated fairly and that concerns are resolved promptly. To address this matter, we have already processed a full refund for your order, and there is no need for you to return the product. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, and feedback like yours helps us review and improve how product information is communicated on our listings. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, our support team remains available and happy to help. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Steve, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We want to assure you that we do not add charges without disclosure. Any additional amount shown at checkout typically reflects optional add-ons, or shipping fees, all of which are displayed before the final order confirmation is completed. We understand how unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we are continuously reviewing our checkout process to ensure full clarity and transparency for our customers. Regarding shipping, costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method and are presented during checkout prior to payment submission. As requested, your order was promptly canceled and a full refund was issued. We’re glad we were able to resolve this quickly for you. If you have any remaining questions or would like us to review the order details with you step by step, feel free to call us at 1-888-814-2188.
