My order was a nightmare. The simplest thing, heartworm and Flea/tick for one dog for 6 months. Multiple phone calls were going back and forth so they could verify the order, check the order, re verify the address, you name it they were calling. Then when I finally did get the shipment, there was only 1/2 of the flea/tick medication that I ordered in the box. Another phone call, left a message another phone call to get it straightened out. Its not rocket science, next time I will be doing 1-800-petmeds.

Received order OVER A MONTH after order was placed. Trying to contact OnlyVetMeds was a circus! When I FINALLY got a hold of someone over the phone, it still took another week or so to get my product.
