Very Poor! Do not use if you want delivery within 3 weeks
Very Poor! Do not use. Placed an order on the 6th January and still not received it and no information from tracking since 14 January. Customer service confirming it takes 10 weeks. I will be pursuing a refund

Sells FAKE products Do NOT Buy from them!!!
As a victim of this company’s fraudulent practices, I strongly advise against purchasing from them. They are selling counterfeit SkinCeuticals products, which is a clear violation of consumer protection laws. I purchased SkinCeuticals items from this company and had them shipped to the UK. The product, though sealed in a box, was visibly defective—crooked, tilted, and unable to close properly. This raised immediate concerns about authenticity. I returned the products as instructed, and the company promised a full refund of £127. However, despite their assurances, I never received my money back. This is a fake company engaging in fraudulent business practices. They are deceiving customers, providing counterfeit products, and refusing refunds. This level of dishonesty must not go unchecked. I am taking steps to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), UK trading standards, and relevant consumer protection agencies to ensure they are investigated and held accountable. Let this serve as a warning to others: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Protect your money and your skin!
