I have ordered twice from here and I love these products. I ordered 2 necklaces and they are both beautiful. I have been wearing one everyday and it shines just as pretty as when I first purchased it a few months ago.

It’s always a pleasure to purchase from only one jewelry. They have a wide selection of nice jewelry, at very fair prices. Their products are well made and they always have a free shipping option. My orders are always correct and they arrive rather quickly. And they have exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend you go check out their website and try out their products for yourself.

I ordered from them on February 26th then I saw some very negative reviews which caused me to send them a email On March 8th, also I was ready to call my bank to reverse the charge. Then my husband brought in the mail and the necklace was here! It is way beyond what I expected. I did suggest to them a confirmation would have helped to not freak out. I’m very impressed with the necklace (for ashes). I posted this review originally two days ago. Since then i received several emails from customer service. Another 5 stars! They answered promptly and were very kind. I am so glad I didn’t freak out and stop this order. My sister saw the necklace and can not believe what I paid. My great niece is going to love it. It is just perfect! Thank you Only one jewelry!

I ordered a really cute necklace for my daughter for Christmas. It showed up two months late. The birthstone was incorrect but that didn’t matter because it fell out. I contacted them and they offered to remake it for another $20. Stay away!

Everyone is saying stuff never came, it’s takes awhile but learn to be patient! I have an amazing engagement ring that matches the photos perfectly, and a customized locket from my fiancé that has a photo of us lacquered over inside so it’s safe for me to always have on. Absolutely love this site and will no doubt be ordering more. If you’re a patient person it’s 100% worth the wait, quality of the items is great and won’t disappoint upon arrival

Terrible experience 30 days after my order was placed and no updates. Customer services responses make no sense and are broken English at best. I am cancelling the order to get refund through PayPal.
