Items come from China with long wait times. Refused to cancel my order and wouldn't issue a full refund. Don't buy from them, find someone local for better quality items

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took a long time to receive my order because it is coming from China. That was not the problem. When I wanted to return part of the order they were impossible to deal with. They kept sending me email to respond to my requests and each time it was something different that they said. I wanted to return the earrings because they were smaller than the picture. They said they put the size of them on the description. I did not see any size. I wanted to return the bracelet because the links were much smaller than the picture. I have learned a lesson when ordering online. CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST. If I had, I would not have ordered from this company. The quality is not bad but trying to return part of the order was painful and I never was able to send it back......... They said they had no record of my order but yet I have the items...;;;;; Connie Fleming Houston, Texas Maybe after they see this review,,,,, they will find the order. Also, there was NO packing slip when the order arrived. That should have been my first clue..;;;

Too bad there was not a zero star option! This company is absolutely awful, I ordered a necklace and never received it. I got email notify it was delivered so I asked neighbors, checked my security cameras, and contacted the post office. With no sign of a package I contacted the company they said to do everything I already had done, then refused to actually send my necklace or refund my money blaming it on the pandemic. Yet any and everything else I have ordered since the beginning of this pandemic seems to make it with NO ISSUES! They just basically stole my money and never sent the product!

My friend purchased a Scorpio necklace for me almost a month ago. They kept saying it’s been delievered. But it never was. I wouldn’t trust this site.
