Do not buy from here, they have been ignoring my calls and emails about an order for weeks now. I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card because I could not get an answer and my order ended up going to the wrong place. Definitely buy elsewhere.

Worst online merchant (in the country, maybe) Online Orchards shipped a dead bing cherry.ignored phone messages and emails for two months. Finally asked me to perform a “scratch test” I did so 3 times; provided photo of the dead tree each time. No response. This company shout not be doing business

I placed an order through Home Depot Order number WN69482527 for a 3-in-1 Plum Jubilee Tree. I was excited to have received my new tree . But, When I remove it from the box I notice that many of the leaves had shot hole disease. Home Depot has replaced the tree. The new order number is #CN70428195. In the card I received with the it indicates for my feedback I have a choice of a tree, I would like Honey crisp apple, thank you

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Got no confirmation but was charged. Messaged to request shipping info and heard absolutely nothing for almost 10 days. Ordered a different tree from Lowes and spent a whole weekend landscaping before FINALLY hearing back to a message that the order had just shipped. Requested a cancelation and was told no. Requested a return/refund so we will see how that goes...

Two trees were in one box, branches on a grafted tree were broken, one limb came off wilted and almost dead out of the box. I should have checked the online reviews before ordering, you would think they would know how to ship trees to safely make it to its destination. The box was in perfect shape so it was the packers and facilities fault for the condition of the trees. It was for a memorial tree and I just hope it survives.

Awful! I purchased a lemon cypress little tree. I followed all instructions and it got dried in two weeks. I would love to send you its picture.

Ordered two English Lavender, 1 gallon each. When order arrived one bush was dead and the other not far behind. They say on their website to contact them if not satisficed, of which they do not answer with an email or a phone call. Please advise, don't order from Online Orchards or a person will be stuck with a dead plant!
