I had ordered 8 sage plants. I liked them so ordered 8 more. I got unknown plants. I cannot get a refund unless I repack them (and ship to Arizona!!!). I don't have materials to properly package them. The problem is none of their plants are labeled. I don't know the exact sage I received; I have no idea what type of potted plants are sitting in my yard.

we bought 2 Apple trees one survived but the Fuji Apple tree which is the pollinator for the other did not , thinking it was just fall waited until now and seen our one tree is making a growth experience and looking healthy. sure wish they would replace the Fujki since we paid over 30 dollars for it .

Bought a number of trees and hedges. The hedges were all in great shape. Though, very strangely, have not grown at all in a year now. But they haven't died either. On the other hand, the trees were in bad shape the moment they arrived and were entirely dead within a week. I'd emailed multiple times up to a year later and no reply, even having tried multiple methods. So they're not quite a scam, but about as close as one can get without being one. But do yourself a favor and just steer clear.

I ordered a specific Hibiscus bush, actually 3. Now that they are finally blooming they are all different. I specifically ordered because of color and style. I’ve tried contacting customer service relentlessly with no response! Big mistake ordering from them. Never again!

I was received my trees with broken branches. I was expecting a little ( more ) better for my money

They send the wrong item and then ignore your emails. They finally sent a refund so they get a star back, but that was only after I threatened reviews like this.

They were less expensive than other suppliers, but I ordered 3 items and one (pear tree) arrived almost dead and not packaged as described, one half dead (apple tree, jury still out), and one in fine condition, but smaller than expected. Tried to contact customer care twice and received no response.

I ordered 5 trees and received 4 of them. After sending the company several emails no one responded back. The trees I received were shipped 3,000 miles by ground and I am doing my best to revive them but I think I will be luckey if half of them live. The roots of the trees were packed in sawdust and dried out. This company need so serious help. Wish I had reviewed them better before buying from them.
