I ordered a bottle of Colonel Taylor I paid for the insurance. According to policies it should have been signed for because it was alcohol. Also according to policies again if it was not delivered, damaged, or stolen it would be replaced. I tried communicating through email, but now no response. I have been ghosted by this company. The phone nubs I found on them just gives me a busy signal.

Half of the order was right. 5 emails and 2 phone calls and no one responds to help fix the issue. still was charged full price, and charged for 2 different gift wrapping. I bought three bottles of Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon and it arrived pretty quick considering they are in California and I’m in Georgia. I placed my order on February 9th and the bottles were delivered on February 15th. Items were packaged well. So, I just ordered some Wellers 12 Year and Wellers Antique. I write about that shipment soon.

I placed my order over a week ago and have received no updates since then. I have also sent several messages through their "contact us" landing page. I have also sent several emails with no response. I must say that I fear this company is yet another bourbon scam pit and head my warning to please not fall in.

I purchased 2 bottles of Weller antique 107. One of the bottles arrived open (no seal) and missing a portion of the bottle. In addition, the placement of the labels on the bottles are very inconsistent, which I wouldn’t expect to see from Weller. I am questioning the authenticity of the bottles, so proceed with caution when purchasing. I have made 3 attempts to contact onlineliquor.com via e-mail, however my contact attempts have been ignored. They do not offer customer service via phone.
