Due to Barclays takeover and all the glitches, I was unable to sign on to make my payment when due. I was 3 days late with it and they charged me $39.90 interest. Online chat could not help and I am unable to call as am abroad. It wasn't my choice to loose my Barclays account. I shall leave citi nearer my fee time as I'm not paying them $99 a year for this service.

On Jan 5th I got a charge on my CC. Explained to Citi the reason for not renewing: With very few exceptions... that service sends 5 messages with BUY ratings and 5 messages with sell ratings (for the same stock, again and again) I let the first year go by and the same day of Renewal I told them to please cancel, I called my CC (Citi) and told them to reverse that charge. Citi (MY CC bank) company decided that even though I reversed the charge THE EXACT DAY of the transaction, I was 'RESPONSIBLE' and they FORCED TO BUY such useless service. To add insult to financial injury... I was forced to accept their service at $239 per year of BUY-SELL ambiguous contradictions and: I CANNOT EVEN LOGIN because Seek...al...pha CHARGED ME A FULL YEAR, yet, cancelled my FORCED premium service. No service, no money, no access and CITI basically tells you that or you have no rights when charged for a useless service, or you are owned by their business buddies. Honest suggestion: Steer clear! AM...ex is a much better CC, will dump this one (sad after 20 years)
