Complaint Regarding Order OT-GB00661372
Dear Customer Service Team,
I placed order **OT-GB00661372** four days ago, but I have received no updates whatsoever. I have also been unable to reach your customer service team by any means.
Is this really how you treat your customers? This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last purchase from your company, and I will never choose to shop with you again.
I expect an immediate update regarding my order.
Kind regards,
Can Akkaya

Stay away from this fraudulent shop!
My recommendation to everyone is to stay away from this shop.
I ordered two pairs of shoes and immediately returned one pair. Onitsuka Tiger confirmed receipt of the returned item, but after 4 weeks I still have not received my refund.
In the meantime, I have sent several emails to customer service. They replied once, but now they seem to have disappeared completely.
So once again, my warning is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SHOP!!!!!!

Poor customer service
I purchased a pair of premium, Japan-made shoes. After only a few uses, the leather became heavily scratched from contact with a soft surface, which I would consider normal wear and use.
I own several pairs of leather shoes that have been exposed to similar conditions, and none of them have suffered comparable damage.
Unfortunately, my complaint was rejected by customer service, and I was not given an opportunity to appeal the decision.
Considering the premium price of the shoes and the fact that they have seen very little use, I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the level of customer service provided. At the very least, I would have expected an offer of repair, especially as I clearly explained the circumstances and that the shoes had been hardly worn.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend the brand.

I ordered shoes from tigers website and…
I ordered shoes from tigers website and wore them for only 5-6 times. I spent 230 cad dollars. The leather is coming off. I contacted them to exchange or refund. They are giving me silly excuses. Very very bad quality. Please don not spend that much money on their shoes. Its not worth it. I will share photos of the shoes for better understanding

Poor refund process
Returned a pair of shoes via UPS and recorded receipt on 2/8 but still not hearing for the refund. Emailed but no response. What a disappointment.

The worst online shopping experience
I really wanted to love this brand, but this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I carefully followed Onitsuka Tiger’s published unisex sizing chart when ordering my first pair. I’m normally a US women’s 7.5, and according to their chart, the recommended size should have fit. Instead, it felt significantly too large.
I then ordered just a half size smaller, expecting only a slight difference, but that pair almost feels too small. It’s surprising that two sizes only half a size apart fit so differently, making it very difficult to know what size to order with confidence.
Because I relied on the company’s sizing guidance, I ended up paying $15 shipping on each order. I was also told the original shipping wouldn’t be refunded, even though the sizing chart did not accurately reflect my experience. By the time everything was said and done, I had spent nearly $65 in shipping and return-related costs simply trying to find the correct size.
When the second pair arrived, they also had visible adhesive residue and cosmetic imperfections. For shoes at this price point, I expected much better quality control.
Customer service requested multiple rounds of additional photos before reviewing the claim. While they did eventually provide a prepaid return label for the damaged pair, they never addressed my request to reimburse the shipping charges I incurred because of the inaccurate sizing guidance and the defective shoes.
The shoes themselves have a great design, but the inconsistent sizing, expensive shipping, quality control issues, and slow customer service made this one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had. I hope Onitsuka Tiger improves its sizing guidance, quality inspections, and customer support, because customers shouldn’t have to spend this much time and money just to receive a pair of shoes in new condition. It doesn’t look like they will do an exchange on the damaged pair they sent me so I don’t think I will reorder considering what a hassle it’s been. I basically wasted nearly $100 on absolutely nothing. Also, it’s been weeks since I sent the large pair back and I still have not received a refund.

After only two wears in an office…
After only two wears in an office environment, the beet red suede stripes on my Onitsuka Tiger sneakers transferred dye onto the ivory leather and suede simply from crossing my feet while sitting. The shoes were never exposed to rain, moisture, or unusual conditions. Onitsuka Tiger denied my warranty claim, stating that this type of color transfer is a "natural characteristic" of the premium suede rather than a manufacturing defect. If you're considering a light-colored pair with dark suede accents, be aware that the shoes may permanently stain themselves—as well as anything else they come into contact with during normal wear—and the company may not consider it a warranty issue.

In Summe drei Stunden unbezahlte Arbeit.
Wer will schon wegen ein paar Schuhen drei Stunden lang Schriftsätze aufsetzen.
Schämt Euch.
