Awful customer service - their customer email just bounced constantly and when I finally got hold of them to ask for a refund (as the shoes were sent to the wrong address and rejected and returned) they just told me to wait and to try to track them down. Then a month later I sent screenshots showing the shoes had been lost and zero response. I am still waiting since their one email response of 6 Feb.

Unrealistic and awful quality ….. most untrusted event ever I have noticed in any shoe.

J’ai commandé 2 paires OT-FR00001144 , fin novembre 2022. J’ai reçu 1 paire. Depuis lors, je ne cesse d’adresser mes demandes par courriels, aucune réponse, et appels au service clientèle qui restent sans suite. Je « pense » comprendre que la seconde paire, pourtant débitée de mon compte, ne me sera jamais adressée. Site pas sérieux, à éviter !!!!

Two things I'd never experienced: being sent the wrong size and not being able to repurchase at the original sale price. Only company of its type that I know of with this policy and that doesn't respond to emails or call back when they promise to. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Good brand like Onitsuka getting a bad name by the worst online customer service. Ordered shoes. After 2 weeks of promises of despatch any day, without warning order cancelled. Very disappointed

Absolutely unbelievably BAD experience. I ordered the wrong size and had to PAY for the return and then they said the shoes were in an unsalebale condition. They had NEVER been worn and it was impossible that they were unsalable. Make sure you photograph the item you return as these people are really dodgy. A terrible experience. I am in for a fight to get my money back which is not fair.

Terrible experience. I bought the sneakers. It was set for delivery five days later, but it was not delivered, and the status changed to Pending. I sent an email, and I was told I had to wait five business days before they could file a complaint with the delivery company. After that, I was informed that I had to wait 21 business days for the investigation. It is an exhausting and frustrating mess. In the meantime I bought a sneaker at Nike (because I was needing one) and it was delivered in four days, without any issues. I live in the middle of Boston, and I have never had any problems with Amazon, Puma, not even AliExpress. I deeply regret not buying the sneakers through Amazon. ---- Update: The 21 business days have already passed. The ASICS customer service has been terrible - no answer at all about what happened to my shoes... ----

Horrible dealing with these people. They received my return item on October 4th; today is October 10th…. After a persistent long conversation, I was told it would take 7-10 business days to process the return! Bad business to deal with! Poor business policy
