Ordered three different sizes, tried to return the other two in a few days after receiving. The UPS label is invalid, staff at the drop off point aren’t able to scan it. Sent three emails to onitsuka, no reply. A complete disaster! Will have to claim via my credit card provider. Waste of time. Avoid by all means!

Everything is true what they say.. This company used to have great customer service.. Been wearing tigers for over 20years now.. But since there not the same company as asics anymore.. Ordered some tigers 7 days ago! Still not turned up as they UPS who don't reply to you as well.. The customer service is so bad with this company.. They don't reply at all.. I just don't think they care anymore as tigers are now the thing to be wearing as some celebrities have been seen wearing them..

Bought online it's been a week and haven't received. Emailed the company and haven't received any sort of update. Very frustrating

Ive spent £240 for two Onitsuka serrano, NEVER CAME. They refunded me my money though I need to contact them on email. Its better to buy counterfeit ones as they got the same feels looks cheaper and most of all your order will arrive. Ive spent less than £90 for two counterfeits and was highly satisfied for not just bec of its cost but IT ARRIVED.

Put in my order number to start a return after receiving package tonight. It’s says it’s past the time I can request a refund. Faulty return advertisement. Will be disputing.

Same experience as most with trying to return an item. Customer service team terrible for responding taking up to a week to reply to my messages. Eventually got the item returned but £60 out of pocket for the postage back to them. Avoid avoid avoid.. might be nice trainers but terrible company in all other aspects. so don’t support them by buying their products. You have been warned.

Well, like so many here, I've been caught in the "unable to return due to return time expiring" scam as well. I ordered two pair of shoes, one for myself and one for my husband. His shoes were good but mine did not fit. Same deal, sent an email, they did respond once asking for photo's (which I supplied) and then nothing. I knew that if I waited for them to reply, I actually would be past the 30 days return window. I called American Express and told them what was happening and as it turns out, if a company refuses to honor their return policy, which they are doing by leaving us all hanging when we want to make a return, that is a valid reason to dispute the charge. So that's exactly what I've done. I'm happy to pay for my husband's shoes but why should I pay for shoes I can't even wear? I disputed the charge for my shoes, and after they looked into it, the charge is being removed. Do not wait until the return window closes. Call whatever CC company you used to make the purchase and dispute the charge for Onitsuka Tiger because they refuse to honor their return policy. Now I have shoes that I can't wear but at least I didn't get burned by Onitsuka Tiger trying to force me to pay for them. BEWARE of this company online.

Similar to others, I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange, the order number falsely stated I was outside the return window and messages to the customer service team have been ignored. Do not order from this website.
