Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. First of all—I do like the shoes I got but they are too big. I tried to go online to exchange them and got a different Tiger website (evidently there is a global site and a European site). I finally got to the correct return portal to get a “prepaid” return label—that will cost me $46!!! I’m just going to keep the shoes since they are just a little too big (and are slip on mules so…). BEWARE that it is basically final sale unless you want to be out a bunch of $$ to return

Awful. I am trying to get the product returned and they completely ignore me. Do not make a purchase on this website! It is a total scam!

I ordered shoes for 150 which they then cancelled and refunded me - all fine. Then they charged my card again without me ordering anything and have no been fighting them for a refund for about a month

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered shoes. Arrived the wrong size. I wanted to exchange for the size I ordered. The only option was to send back for refund less 60$ for shipping. I didn’t really see any other option so sent back. No refund after a month. I got PayPal involved and they are working on it. Onitsuka immediately offered me my original amount less $100 once paypal was involved. I refused and gave PayPal the tracking number showing they have had the return for three weeks. Guess we will see. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a product and returned it, which passed the quality check by the delivery company. However, I never received any acknowledgment—neither an email nor a message—from Onitsuka confirming the return. After waiting for nearly three weeks with no communication, I called customer support. Shockingly, I was told that they had received a “dirty product” and that no refund would be issued—instead, the product would be returned to me. When I contested this claim, they assured me the matter would be investigated. It has now been over 20 days, and neither have I received the product back, nor have I been refunded. No further communication has come from their end. This feels like a clear case of fraudulent practice. Onitsuka seems to be running a racket, keeping the money of unsuspecting customers under the pretext of arbitrary return rejection. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. I will be reporting this incident to consumer forums and would advise others to think twice before trusting this brand.

Went to the Regent St store, and happily left again right after an unpleasant encounter with a very rude and dismissive store employee. Hard pass

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes online, 3 of them same size, all three different, one too big, one too small. One pain squeaks when walking. Return is $131! cost of one pair. Only their prepaid label DHL. Cannot even get pickup. Poor customer service, too. Never again

Atención al cliente nefasta. Tras varios correos intentando que me ofrezcan una solución a unas zapatillas defectuosas, diciéndome en dos ocasiones que han procedido a marcar como urgente el asunto con el departamento de calidad, a la tercera vez que reclamo una solución se limitan a contestarme que devuelva las zapatillas y ya está. Pésima comunicación con el consumidor, claramente no recomiendo esta marca.
