I contacted the customer service for a faulty pair I used for only 5 months asking for a repair/exchange/commercial gesture. They stopped replying after a few mail exchanges saying they would come back to me shortly. It’s been two months since. Very useless and the communication was the worse

Another scammer selling fake Onirsuka shoes. I cant believe they are still in.business.. how is this even possible..

Global E the delivery company are a disaster to use, product size has changed and subsequent size 10 now differs as is too small compared to the previous 5 pairs of size 10 Onitsuka I have purchased, and now to return the shoes, I will lose 35% of the cost I paid. unless i receive a favourable outcome, I shall no longer be purchasing Onitsuka Tiger for myself and my family

Ive returned a product on the 4th of December. It is the 8th of January. I’ve talked to the contact centre several times and had a chat couple of times as well. I was told that there was a delay with UPS and then they have two warehouses and it wasn’t moved to the next one. If I didn’t call probably it would never have been. No updates and no communication at all and I still haven’t received my refund.

I ordered some trainers for my daughter’s birthday but they did not fit her. I returned them and the company confirmed they had received them on the 4th December and my refund would be processed in 14 days. It is now nearly the start of January and I have still not been refunded. I am constantly chasing them for updates and although the emails are polite nothing is being done to confirm a refund date! For such a large brand whose products are expensive the refund process is taking a ridiculous amount of time and I am still no closer to getting my money back. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend you use them at all.

I am due a refund. They have confirmed the receipt of the returned items, however their warehouse is denying receipt. I am very upset about this. Its now been 16 working days. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

The worst customer I have ever dealt with. Tried to cancel an order after just 15 minutes after ordering due to my daughter changing her mind. This company then refused to refund before the shoes were even shipped. I am now having to return the shoes and fight for a refund. In addition they were extremely rude. Avoid this company at all costs.

Extremely bad service. The delivery took 30 days, and during that time they kept insisting my address was incorrect, which is strange, considering they successfully delivered a pair to the exact same address just a few months earlier. After reading other comments, it seems this has become standard practice for ASICS / Onitsuka. Then the wrong size arrived, and once again it took ages for customer service to respond. By the time they finally figured out how to handle it, the correct size I originally ordered from the official website was already sold out. To make things worse, an unpleasant customer service agent essentially told me — between the lines — to stop complaining and just wait for a refund after I go through the extra hassle of sending the shoes back. They are quick to take your money (twice, in my case), yet offer no product or service recovery. ASICS seems to operate above consumer regulations. People should reconsider buying from this brand, after decades as a customer, I certainly will. Every euro not spent on them might eventually make a difference.
