Marmoleum transitions
The products I needed, marmoleum transitions, were hard to find and after hours of internet searching, I found them on onflooring. The items were manufactured and shipped in a timely manner and look great on my floors.

Cheap knockoff?
Shipping was decent but the product was not good. They take an MDF piece of trim and wrap it poorly in a vinyl stick-on wrap. This was listed as Reducer 94-INCH COREtec Venture Chestnut but I’m pretty sure COREtec didn’t have anything to do with it. The vinyl wrap was all wrinkled on the MDF. Just a waste of money. Follow-up: changed from 1 star to 3. OnFlooring did contact me. They explained it is not a sticker but laminated to the board. Either way, it was poorly done, but they gave me a refund for one of the sticks which was acceptable to me. The others I got to look as good as they were going to and installed them. Overall, OnFlooring did a pretty good job with the customer support. They didn’t make the trim, they just sold it. I still think the product itself has a lot to be desired, but OnFlooring did a good job of resolving it.

Dear Greg, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. To clarify, this molding is manufactured by Versatrim, the leading molding manufacturer in the USA, and is not wrapped in a vinyl sticker. Instead, it features a decorative paper laminate applied to moisture-resistant MDF, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish. Additionally, the product description on our page accurately reflects these details. If you received an item with any defects, we’d be happy to assist you—please reach out to our customer support team so we can make this right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience. -Marc

Overall Experience
Price, Delivery and instructions were well communicated. A little disappointed that several pieces were defective: pattern wasn't stamped at the ends, 2 pieces had several areas of missing print and a random blackish blemish in the middle of the board. Transition wasn't accomendating to matching up with current laminate flooring-the rise was too high. Update: they made an adjustment to the defective planks. Very appreciative of the attention to customer satisfaction. Would recommend them highly.

Hi Michele, Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that some of the planks had defects. If possible, please share images of the missing print and blemish so we can escalate this to Mohawk—we’re confident we can arrange a pro-rata refund for the affected pieces. Regarding the transition strip, it is a multi-function profile that includes a track and variable shim, allowing it to accommodate level differences of up to 12mm (approximately 1/2 inch). If you need assistance with installation, please don’t hesitate to reach out, or refer to this page for detailed instructions: https://onflooring.com/content/installing-and-cutting-mohawks-instaform-profile We truly appreciate your business and are happy to assist further if needed! --Marc
