OnFlooringReviews of onflooring.com

They were very helpful and helped me decide how much to purchase. Highly recommended.

Replaced 2 damaged boxes immediately.

HAD ANSWERS TO ALL MY PROBLEM QUESTIONS

They had the best prices around, and shipping was super fast. My contractor was very impressed with with the product (Mohawk revwood plus).

Very happy with both slim cap and slim trim transition strips. Matches coretec flooring perfectly. Love the technical installation instructions and dimensions onfloor provides, which coretec’s website has almost no detail on their website about coretec brand ones. Went together perfectly, nice and tight with the metal track. I went with this brand since the coretec brand ones had to be glued in place, where the onfloor ones, colored to coretec flooring pattern, use the metal track and snap in place. I only wish the shim was made of vinyl since the entire coretec flooring in vinyl and water proof. But it worked perfectly fine. For the entryway I just used a bead of silicone sealant under the lip before installing to make sure no water seeps under the floor. I suppose if it did, the mdf material shim would be my least concern. Installation is a one shot deal. If removed the plastic teeth will get sheared off and clamp force will be drastically reduced. So make sure it is right before hammering it in with a rubber mallet. Glad I purchased these and would highly recommend!!!

Great service and experience. I placed my order through the website, but I screwed it up and got the linear feet wrong. One phone call fixed everything. The very helpful staff member made sure I got what I actually needed, instead of what I asked for.

I ordered 7 stair nose using the name color I needed. I got the product and it’s completely different shade. It states that it is the shade I needed but it is not matching at all. It’s way lighter than the color I ordered. I posted a one star review but after OnFlooring contacted me, they were able to refund my money! Awesome company! They stand by their customers! Apparently the company who makes these did not see anything wrong with the color variation despite the picture Onflooring sent to them which one can see the difference between the color I ordered and what I was sent. Anyways, Onflooring refunded me the full amount! I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Marc!

This store was fantastic to deal with, and I got the perfect product!
