I received a late fee on my account
I received a late fee on my account. It surprised me because I don’t use the card as much as I would to use it ( it’s a pain to pay one’s bill). Because I had misplaced my card, I was not able to access my account. I just wanted to speak to a live person to ascertain how to rectify this concern over an unknown late fee. To my further dismay, I was not able to access the very complicated way to pay my bill through Western Union. Again, I just wanted to speak to a live person and I was denied. What a colossal mess! This experience has left me to feel unvalued and unimportant because no one thought that I would need to speak to a live person for what I deemed a simple customer assistance issue. If this is the way you value customers, many customers will just walk away and bank elsewhere. Annoyed but hopeful, Anthony

I was pleased with customer service when I had an issue with my account. One United Bank offered services that my credit union did not offer.

Great full service bank
The products and customer service is awesome. They have plenty of no-fee ATMs. Deposits and withdrawals are very easy. Glad I decided to move my banking here.

Banking Black with power...
I was able to recommend this bank to someone who needed a bank account. When other banks turned her down I asked her to bank Black and try One United Bank and she did. This bank helped to restore her faith in banking again. Thank you for creating a bank to help grow our community and give us buying power, banking power, and trust in a system that works for us.
