I have been a One Sim Card customer for several years. Very happy with the service and the rates. Customer service reps are great. The website is well organized with FAQ's and complete dialing instructions. I plan to be a customer for many years.

I bought the OSC to go in the first cell phone I've ever owned for a trip overseas. So it has to simple for someone with no experience to instal it and have it work perfectly. It was so nice to be able to just get off the plane and call my friends without a hitch. Thank you OSC.

I have used the OSC for about 3 years now and find it invaluable. I travel a lot to countries in Europe and Asia and find that the card works effortlessly in every country I have visited so far. Refilling is easy and convenient. I also got a PEN for the U.S. and use the card in my cell phone. It costs about the same as a pay as you go sim for the major U.S. companies, and I don't have to constantly switch sims. Love the card, and whenever I have had a problem customer service has been helpful and quick in responding.

Keep it simple: After we examine hundreds of reviews of OSC and similar products (on pricing, easy to use, reliability, service support etc), we decided to give it a try. We've been using OSC for the last few years and it has been proven to work in almost everywhere (UK, South Africa, Russia, Asia, Canada etc). It is quite straight forward to use (if you keep it that way). It could be flexible to add additional packages, personal extra number (but also could be complicated if you want to challenge your brain power i.e. added wifi voip calling, skype, international dial). For us, we just need a phone always works for everyone and everywhere for emergency purposes and stay in touch with love ones on occasional international travels. The pricing for most countries seems to be OK and even, comparing with many similar products (wish the price could be lower though). OSC billing is quite accurate, we've tested it (however, you need to see the fine print say 1st minute cost this and 2nd minute cost that). We love the free weblink SMS capabilities. Keep up the good work. Note: The OSC SIM order (without the purchase of a phone set from OSC) should come with at least $10 airtime like most of other products do. The recharge cycle should be increased from 10 months to 12 months (for easy remembering).

I got a SIM, Plus1, US PEN, and feature phone from them four years ago for occasional travel, but mostly use it in the US. CS is helpful and their Web site is quite easy to use. Overall, I've had good experiences with the company, but also experienced many bad connections here, and abroad my phone often failed to receive calls originating there, and some people I texted never got my message. Then last week, my SIM failed -- I turned my phone on and it said "SIM access error". Two CS reps told me they'd never encountered that. The SIM was now unreadable in any device and I had to order a new one, paying extra to keep my phone number. I don't know if it is a Plus1 or not. The new one seems OK but I have little experience with it. I am impressed with their global coverage and rates, not that it matters much to me. My main complaint involves QoS -- dropped calls (some probably on the other end), not receiving calls, and spotty coverage even in the Boston area. (Of course, the phone may have something to do with this). Because I am not highly dependent on that phone, I can live with it, but I need more data points before I can be sure how reliable the service is.

Despite the differences you might find in the various networks while abroad, the service is inherenlty consistent; moreover, the quality of VoIP calls generated by the 1Sim Connect app is surpisingly good even in countries with limited Internet service.

I have used this card for many years and have never had a problem. I have used OneSimCard now in various countries in Center America, and it works everywhere! It's much easier life is with him. I constantly travel from country to country. I always had to buy a new local SimCard. Everyone is given a new card number. It is now eliminated. A have ONE card, and it's all working perfectly. I think now that OneSimCard is the best SIM for travelling around the world.
