I purchased the card for me to travel in Europe in November of 2015. Unfortunately I did not find customer’s review on their website. Now I understand why. Their explanations on a website are confusing. When you purchase a card you may check for a second number. Big mistake! This is a trap because you are going to pay for it even when you are not using the card. I called the company and asked to inactivate this second number and refund the charge. The representative said to me that they are going to do that. Guess what- nothing has been done. On my second call they told me that they will inactivate the second number, but not refund me. On my third call they told me that my first call is not even on a record and no refunds. When I said that I am going to write my review on a web the manager told me that if I do that he will inactivate my number. So, my experience with onesimcard -bad service, rude and even offensive personnel and expensive.

I have been a loyal customer of OneSimCard since about 2009. I did extensive research before making a purchase with them at the time. I found that they were the number one rated for roaming. I have purchased both SIM cards and phones from them and have never had any issues. I currently have two Plus SIM cards I have been using and just upgraded to Nano Sims to fit the new devices I have so I can continue to use this great service. I am in the military and travel quite regularly and have roamed with these SIM's in Afghanistan, Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Europe, and more. The staff is always willing to help when you have issues with your SIM and I have been in contact with them on the phone before which was pleasant. I like the layout of the website and how easy it is to manage your account online and recharge whenever required. I like a lot of the features they have like having a Europe number standard on all cards from Estonia. I have a PEN (Personal Extra Number) on both lines from the US so family can call me at US local rates. I like that they have VOIP features which can also save you money when on WI-FI. They also have nice packages for when you are roaming in certain locations which is also useful. I find it best to use these SIM's in a DUAL SIM phone to have my US number and buy a local SIM wherever I am so I can make/receive calls there also. I can't say enough about this company and love them. I will continue being a loyal customer. Thanks OneSimCard!

I travel throughout Europe all year long and up until last year was carrying around 8 different SIMs for the many countries I visited. This past summer my family went on a two week trip to Europe and I bought an extra OneSimCard Europe & More card for use in her iPhone 6 (I use an iPhone 5s. Our phones worked for mobile calls and data in every country we travelled to (NL, DE, FL, IT, CH, FR) and the Mega Monthly pass for data was more than enough to cover us. Last month I visited Russia as well and again spot on great service my whole time there. Many thanks for your great product.

I just ordered a DATA SIM CARD and a PLUS SIM card. They both arrived on time, but my IPAD could not browse on internet despite a signal detected. Chat customer service helped mr right away. A few steps and it was working great. Also, my LG phone with SIM plus card was not working. They helped me set it up, now it is working great.

I have used onesimcard since 2009. The phone service is reliable. I am able to text without any problems in the various countries that I've traveled to. I can just insert the sim into my iphone and it works great. The new nano 3:1 sim even works in my ancient flip phone too. I used support several times to get the settings correct for data usage. They are attentive and were able to resolve my problem. If someone is looking for an international sim to use in various countries, this is the one. Reasonable rates and great support.

This is an excellent way to keep in touch while you travel around the world.Its a real bargain for the service you get.
