OneSimCardReviews of onesimcard.com

I travel overseas for work on a regular basis. In the past, I have had to have a SIMS card for each country I was visiting. With the Europe and More card, I do not have to switch out one Sims card for another. Furthermore, the company offers you a US number that allows your family, friends, customers, etc to dial a US number and be connected to you overseas. The person calling is NOT charged and you only have to pay 20 cents per minute. What I have really appreciated is the professionalism and assistance of the support team. The website has numerous videos to watch; you can get your questions answered via live chat; and you can also call the company directly. If you are traveling overseas, don't leave home without your Onesimcard.

I read some of the other reviews and just had to add my own experiences. I should have read more reviews on how onesimcard manipulates their marketing. All the fine print on the web site is masked by marketing exaggeration, tricks or hidden away. Free incoming calls - if you use some weird eastern europe phone no that they give you. Free additional number - for a month only. 24/7 Live technical support was not always alive. Free shipping is not free unless you spend a lot. The onesimcard has saved some money but the whole experience has been poor. Don't bother with the support people, very unhelpful, when I questioned some of the claims they said "its all on the web site, you should have spent more time reading ALL the fine print" - thanks for the heads up, maybe onesimcard should have that as the banner on the website 'onesimcard: read the fine print'. That would be way more customer friendly. The whole experience with onesimcard, has felt patched together, the website is badly designed, the support was uninterested in supporting and the product seems aged or technically behind compared to the one I've switched to now. The new ones seem like a more honest and transparent company that seems to want to keep customers and didn't try and trick me into spending more to get what I thought was getting in the first place. Hope this helps.

I used Onesimcard when I travelled around the world and I did appreciate a lot having it. I found networks available in all the countries I went through. I appreciated being free to call at low rates (and receiving calls for nothing in most of countries). I did use too the app which allows you to call at very very low rates (but you need to get a strong wifi connection). You must know that text messaging can be done from the Onesimcard menu for lower rates (instead of typing directly from the phone app) : it's a little bit tricky but when you get accustomed to that process it's worth it. So I would recommend that sim card.

I travel international quite often and the One SIM card works great for me . I also use a PEN so my family can easily contact me when I am in Europe.

I first signed up for OneSIM before going overseas on a trip in 2014. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was able to get quickly up to speed by initiating a OneSIM account for an unlocked iPhone. I planned to use email and text messaging for most of my overseas communication but was glad to have the OneSIM account for telephone voice contact. I've used it in Western Europe (France, Switzerland & Italy) as well as in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Croatia). I've kept it active while in the States and it's a great back-up to my current AT&T domestic number. OneSIM has been like a communication safety net and insurance policy rolled into one.

I found OneSimCard service convinient

Used this catd all over Europe and Asia. Excellent rates, saved a lot of money over my AT&T plan. Got connected everywhere! This SIM delivers! Recommend!

First let's start my review with the fact that onesimcard actually offers 3 different sim cards. This already sounds a bit weird, don't you think? So then the price - only the sim card itself starts at a price of 30 USD ??? That's an expensive price for a SIM card, however I would live with that if the price for the use was reasonable, however, I'll cover that later. Then let's add now about the misleading information - they say everywhere you receive calls for free. Yeah - it is true - you can receive calls for free if they call the Estonian number, however, when you read it first you don't think this will be the case. You think - WOW it is great as it says it comes with one European (you don't know at the time it is Estonian) number and one number in America (US or Canada) depending where you are. Then later (if you don't spend many hours and figure out all the abbreviations they use for different things like for instance PEN or CAN) you understand that no - you don't get a number - it is just temporarily for a month after you register it and you can't even select where the number is going to be - it is with a code in a small town lost in time and space. And of course no - you thought you can get at least free incoming calls on this number - no who told you that - it is a PEN number - that's not your OneSimCard number - you only get the free call on the OneSimCard number, for the incoming calls on your "free" PEN number you pay what is the incoming calls (free) + 20 cents. Then you see "free delivery" - oh there's a star - where it is - lost somewhere on the page - for orders above 50 USD. Then also why should your credit last long - 9 months is enough and that's it - you have to purchase again credit with a minimum 50 USD. So if you plan to use this "product" for vacation travels you should either have a lot of vacation and take more than once a year (adding money to your credit of course) or you just loose your credit. Then last but not least - it is ridiculously expensive to use it because of the different sim cards that you can not switch between. You buy you SIM for instance because of a travel to Guatemala(my case) and they say - this one is the best one. However you want to use it later in USA (because come on - this is One SIM) and it is so expensive than you would rather enable the "expensive" roaming of your provider (if it offers one) and use it instead of using this (that desperately expensive it is).
