I told the representative I wanted unlimited data use in Europe for just over two weeks. They sold me an unlimited data sim card good for one month. Across the homepage they show 3G and 4G where available. Therefore I paid the $135 for that period. It turns out that after just under 2 days I was switched to 1x speed. I tried to get to their website but couldn't because I was timing out. The card was useless to me. When I returned I complained and Yuri said too bad, read all the FAQs and somewhere in there it says forget what you see on the homepage, after 1 gig of use you go down to 1994 speed. I looked into suing in small claims court but reading the fine print I must use the American Arbitration Association and pay for a full day for an arbitrator - obviously more than anyone could claim from them. To sum up, they are slick and if you have any dealings with them that go wrong, you lose. I love American Business but people like this give it a bad name.

After a number of years as a small yet loyal partner the company arbitrarily cancelled all pre-purchased (paid for upfront) simcards without any notice or communication. When questioned, the company ignored reasonable requests to formally validate its actions, worse providing irrelevant and flippant responses and ignored any of our attempts to have a reasonable dialogue. Poorly and ignorantly the company even tried abdicating accountability referring to T&C's specific to consumers and totally disregarded agreed terms within a signed agreement. Our only advice is to be very mindful of who you consider partnering with as there are many option in this space, some clearly not as good as others.

I am an expatriate located in China and I have been using OneSIMcard for several years when traveling. OneSIMcard is definitely handy when traveling through several countries on a single trip. For example, we traveled the 3 Baltic States and OneSIMcard provided uninterrupted, top quality data connectivity and phone service throughout. If you have a lot of time in one single location and maintaining one number is not mission-critical, then you may find buying local prepaid SIM cards a cheaper option, particularly for data. But even then, OneSIMcard is always in my carry-on bag, as a reliable fall-back. One thing OneSIMcard should be more clear about is, that it is a callback service. So when you dial someones number the phone will hang up instantly and within seconds the callback happens. I have had two 'support' instances. My queries were attended to speedily, thoroughly and satisfactorily.

I bought a phone and sim card from this company. When I received them, I tried to cal my home hone. I could hear my wife but she could not hear me. I called Customer Service and was assured that this was just a glitch that could occur and not to worry. I took the phone with me on a 2 week repositioning cruise to Spain. When I arrived, I tried the phone. The same problem! I would hear the person I called but they could not hear me. I spent 3 weeks in Spain without a working phone. Upon my return I called Customer Service. I was to be transferred to Supervisor. I got a voice mail! I left a message and a call back number. Then I went online to Customer Service. Again, I needed to discuss it with a supervisor and was given a number to call. I told them to have the supervisor call me back. Nope, I had to call. And, they had no record of my earlier call with the problem. I finally give and call the supervisor. His answer - sorry but it is now more than 30 days from date of purchase. Not their problem!! What a piece of junk phone and what a piece of junk company. I have no idea who these people are who rave about how good things are.

For years I have tried multiple solutions for using a cell phone on international travel. I have rented phones, bought sims in other countries and used my own phone without the data plan. All three were hassles. I had an unlocked iPhone 5S and bought the onesimcard plan. Worked like a charm. Now when I travel I don't have to go through all the research and hassle of trying to figure out how to use a phone on international travel.

My wife and I first tried OneSimCard several years ago when looking for an alternative to the exorbitant prices US carriers charged for overseas calls. We just rented a phone from them for a trial. It worked out unbelieveably great so we soon got a permanent number. Since then we've called family from France, Greece, Russia, China, Tibet etc.plus the highest place on earth you can make a cell phone, top of the Jungfraujoch Switzerland. We also have used a PEN so family calling us doesn't have to pay US fees.(we are charged 20 cents a minute but well worth it). I've recommended this to anyone we know that's going overseas and every single one of them have thanked us on their return and had high praise for the company. My wife and I are off again to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we've just replaced our Large sim card with a Nano that will fit our iPhones. I'm a hard to please curmudgeonly old goat that rarely gives anything the highest rating, but this company deserves it.

I've had one of these SIM Cards for over 10 years. Very satisfied with all forms of service and pricing. I would highly recommend their service for the Expat who travels in a multitude of locations on short stays.

Very good product, very useful for travelers but also for only one output, especially for those countries where calls cost a fortune. improved care. PEN with cost
