Just got my card and installed it. Worked very smoothly. I'm now setting up options on the website (e.g., recharging, monthly limit, etc.). The 'how to' videos are a great guide to what can be done and how to do it. I'm impressed with the way the whole setup has been designed.

I recently purchased a OneSimCard after reading the reviews. I am new to international travel and I was looking for a reliable option to communicate while I travel. I was trying to avoid bringing my normal cellphone and paying roaming charges. So far I have been very impressed with the call quality and the ease of use. I would highly recommend OneSimCard.

In preparation for my upcoming trip, I logged onto my account to check my balance and recharge if necessary. I noticed that $49.41 had recently expired. I called them to inquire about reinstating the amount since $.49 of my $50 recharge was gone due to expiration. Truth be told, I was unaware of the terms that your account does expire after a period of time. If I can offer any advise to OneSimCard, I would suggest they send a friendly reminder like Skype does to reactivate your account to avoid losing your credit. That said, OneSimCard extended a courtesy credit for the amount that expired without question. They did the right thing and for that, I will continue to give them my business and recommendations. THANK YOU OneSimCard, you've made the start of my trip as smooth as silk!

I would say that I am quite pleased with my One SIM Card purchase. Placed my order and received my card very quickly. Then, I followed the instructions that came with the card and was ready to make calls immediately! Very quick and easy!

Just not a nice experience. It didn't work at first at all, after numerous calls, finally got it working on a different phone (not my iPhone). Then only to find it was not as simple as described nor as cheap as all the claims. Most frustratingly when traveling through Europe I could never get it to pick up a network easily, spending way more time than I expected trying to manually search for the right network. The customer support people were poor and didn't seem to care that much. Definitely can't recommend.

Sorry, can't help myself on this one. I've used this simcard, it's ok - sort of - not quite as advertised but probably no worse or better than anything else in this space available that uses obsolete technology. As a general suggestion, you'd be better off using Line or Whatsapp through your hotel wifi or at the nearest Starbucks or Micky D - no matter what country you are in. What does make me laugh are the blatant BS reviews. Haven't been on TP all that long but was searching out stuff I've used to review and came across onesimcard - just had to chuckle with what seems to be a lot of 'paid for' reviews. Anyway funny in my world. Always a little suspect when there are so many people that make such an effort to review a single product ... but maybe that's just me being cynical. The serious bit, onesimcard is ok but I truly wouldn't bother, get a local pre-paid where ever you are going or use hotspots, using this or any other like this is more trouble than its worth and the advertised discounts are not quite what they make out. If you really want to get a multi country roaming sim that is a little more contemporary check out Maxroam or WorldSim.
