Very efficient and helpful people that guide you through the process.

After a bad start getting a REV with a local and I assumed well reviewed company I had to bail out. Bad info or misleading info and it never seemed to progress. I called Bruce with Quicken and he jumped in and got the ball rolling, information spot on and kept in constant contact to make sure I was happy with the progress. Reason I signed on was the people I worked, with-all done over the phone/computer. I guess I'll have to give One Rev Mortgage A+ rating for the people they hired, especially my banker Bruce, the guy who guided me thru the process.

The entire experience has been good. Everyone that we dealt with was professional, pleasant, and knew their job. I will say that, because the mortgage is FHA, there were a lot of small details that we didn't expect. However, that is not the fault of the mortgage company, it's the rules!

This has been such a positive journey for us. With the excellent service that Kimberly Slavik and Daniel Morgan provided to us, any questions we had were addressed promptly and efficiently and they made us feel confident in our choice to work with One Reverse Mortgage. We are eagerly looking forward to our closing tomorrow and the start of a new part of our lives as Senior Citizens.

Today we executed the final contract with One Reverse Mortgage, three days short of our 58th wedding anniversary. Brandon Foster and Melanie Paulson were outstanding in seeing that we were well informed throughout the process and expedited matters in a most efficient and effective manner. We owe them a sincere debt of gratitude for this. We will not hesitate to let anyone we know how well this was done and how wonderful the program is.

From our first phone call, to the last. Were very informative and Gregg could not have been more helpful. We were helped every step of the way with all questions answered, even before we had a chance to ask.It was very comfortable for us during the whole process. I might add,very quickly. I was more than happy with One Reverse. Service was just more than I hoped for. John Dillon was the kindness man I have ever worked with in my life. This loan was processed during one of the hardest and saddest times in my life and John saw to it that I understood the process and walked with me all the way.
