Working with Meghan Hilden made our experience fast and painless. We had been working with other reverse mortgage lenders and were becoming frustrated, but with Meghan we soon felt comfortable with our endeavor. Thank you to One Reverse Mortgage and especially Meghan Hilden.

The highly professional and knowledgeable team of people associated with this company have been great to work with. I have had confidence and peace of mind working with every one of them. I especially want to praise Darrell Blount. He is exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable and has been a delight to work with.

The best decision I have made recently was to change my mortgage to Quicken Loans two years ago and because of that experience I reached out to them when I was considering a Reverse Mortgage. They were very patient with me as I investigated the process and were very willing to work with me to help me get the best solution. Every person I have met with both Quicken Loans and One Reverse Mortgage have been so kind and considerate, they listen and don't mind answering the many questions that I've had and they truly care about making this process the best it can be!!

Generally fine experience but they seem to be too "big city" and unaccustomed to the way things happen in rural life, i.e. citing this as a flood plain when the closest flood was 10 miles away and a number of years ago. I realize this was probably taken from COE files and maybe they have problems accepting people's word about things but just another hurdle to pass. The people there have wonderful to work with when it involves only our interactions without relying on other agencies.
