Overall a good experience. All communications were courteous and professional. At times the process appeared to move slowly and I was asked to provide documentation and information that I had previously provided.

From the moment I spoke with Donna Hatter I knew I was in capable hands shetook time to develope my situation fully and look for the best option for me now and for my retirement. Her entire team worked for a positive end result,yes it took time but they kept me fully up to date and completely informed me of the next steps.
