I had a wonderful experience with One Reverse Mortgage. I had some fears based on things that I had heard prior to applying for a reversal mortgage. Jason Weekley from Quicken Loans introduced me to Ryan Watson and from that point forward everything changed. Ryan put my mind at ease. Helped me understand what a reverse mortgage was and how it worked, The consumer councilor was able to answer all of my other questions and dispel the myth that I had about this program. The people that worked with me until the very closing was awesome and kept me informed of where I was in the process. Jason K, helped with securing the title deed properly and walked me through each step of what was needed, even in filing papers with the county. Ryan and Abbey was my media team making sure I was never left out of the loop. Even Faye the young lady assigned for closing, was awesome and on point. I thank Ryan for his calming spirit, when I first spoke with him, I stated that I was just tired and was ready to give up, he said, just work with me for a little while and I promise we will make it work. I was just weeks from loosing my home and was desperate for a solution. I didn't know that God had placed Ryan there to be my help. Thank you Ryan for allowing God to use you to help elderly people like myself and others, who have just lost a loved one and is about to be foreclosed out of the only home they know. To Jason W, who introduced me to Ryan and this wonderful group of people, Abbey, Jason K, Laurie, Faye and all who brought us to closing on Tuesday, I say Thank You.

your various offices should be better coordinated, California doesn't seem to know what Mi is doing and visa-versa. The client should know what is needed from him from the get-go and not from " Oh by the way we need this or that". There have been inter-office communication problems from the start. Kimberly Madou has been excellent in trying to make sense out of everything and in trying to keep me informed throughout this whole mess, without her help and guidance I probably would have bailed out of this some time ago, she is worth her weight in gold.

From the start to the finish, the staff was informative and very helpful in explaining the process. They were timely in the process and in keeping us informed of procedures. Everything is completed via telephone, mail/email, and closing directly from home. No leaving your home to conduct business. What a convenience.
