Hidden fees and way overpriced. They charged my insurance over $700 for a primary care visit that lasted 10 minutes.
With my copay, it was the most expensive primary care visit. I would have saved money going to urgent care or an emergency room.

20 Hours Wasted & Health Worsened
-After I 1st saw my pcp, the scheduling center made a mistake so I had to wait 2-3 months for a followup visit. I complained, was told a manager would get back but again, no one did. Health issues bc of this.
-the pcp was thorough & nice, but she gave me bad mental health advice (OneMed pushes you to use your pcp for mental health) that could have cost me my life.
-poorly organized re records: after a visit, records aren't posted - even though you'll receive a message your visit summary's ready but it only has current meds. You have to request them & get into a whole conversation bc so many people are working there & not in communication. At NYU, records are posted same day so you save 1 hour.
-poorly organized re billing: have to have repeat conversations if your out-of-pocket deductible's been met & get into conversations. This was notated by both Rockefeller Center & by the billing dept, but was of no help, so this costs 1 hour.
-The manager at Rockefeller Center, sent me emails I never received.
They use an email computer program, but the manager had no idea what the email address was. I spent 2 hours trying to figure this out & even asked my job's account manager, emails were forwarded but again, nothing resolved. 2+ hours wasted.
-the manager at Rockefeller Center, was very nice at first but later extremely unprofessional. After I waited 9 days for my pcp to send me an urgent Rx (they're supposed to get back w/in 2 business days - 2 weeks later, she let me know she never knew that), I contacted him, he sent me the wrong one so I told him that & that he was unhelpful. He told me he'd have his manager contact me, but no one ever did.
-I sent my pcp records. The manager asked me to resend them (even though they all have access to all these messages). I mentioned I'd already sent them. He didn't want to bother to check so asked me to send them again, so I did. After I let him know, he mouthed off "Finally!:" At my job, someone would get fired for being nasty to a client.
On top of that, the records person was supposed to download my records but never did so I had to do it at the last minute, so got injured & lost an excellent psychotherapist bc of this employee's laziness.
Again, 4 hours lost.
-I spoke to my pcp how upset I was re this at least 4 times, but she finally said his manager would contact me. Again, no one ever did. This all affected my mental health. 5 therapists commented & documented it. I told my pcp & she said I should go on meds. Go on meds because the manager mouths off, is unprofessional & has back-up? Sure, thi would anesthetize the situation but not resolve it, i told her. Again, 5 hours wasted, money, energy & worsened health.
-wrong appointment made: One Med has a high turnover rate. Right before my pcp left, I made an appointment w/ her at the call center. They gave me the wrong person, Alison Altschuler - when I told this woman I couldn't walk, she made a face & only asked irrelevant questions & asked 2 questions at once, then said I should ask my specialist for a Rx. This put me back a whole week. No words.
-I was on the phone w/ the call center (including Ty - who told me to call him back the next day after 9 but I did, was told to call after 12, then told he didn't work that day). I spent 4 hour on the phone, was told by several people 2 managers would phone me back, but no one bothered. 4 hours of my time wasted.
-I tried to make an appointment w/ a dr there I'd seen one of the times when my pcp was on leave. The person in the call center said he was unavailable. The HR rep at work said to try again. I did & got someone who got me an appointment w/ the same guy. Other medical companies train their workers much better than that. The wait times are often 40 minutes so 1 hour of my time sucked.
-over 20 hours of my time gone!

This is truly a zero rating..One…
This is truly a zero rating..One medical Mableton , Ga.This place is supposed to have a model that caters to the elderly however it is truly a money making model.
DON'T BRING YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!
I brought my mom to her annual appointment thar was scheduled for 10am...Got there at 10: 08 and they would not see her stating they have a 5min grace...WHO gives elderly handicapped people 5 min grace??.. These managed care senior clinics are money mills. They are not about the patients AT ALL!... To be turned away after being 3 minutes late is ridiculous...it may have taken me 5 minutes to get her out the car with her will chair!!! Even when this place was IORA it was horrible...didn't get timely prescriptions, referrals or anything. I allowed to apologize and gave them another chance but I will be finding my mom another pcp!!

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. The doctors are incompetent, both in advice and in following the law, and the admin team can’t seem to keep track of insurance paperwork. Save your money.

Told Dr. doesn't take new patients AFTER paying $200
Signed up with the intent of seeing Dr. Robert Duhaney. Go google his profile
There is a button to "Sign Up Now" in order to book an appointment. That is listed on Dr. Duhaney's active website.
After I paid $200 and joined, I could not find Dr. Duhaney anywhere in the system. I found out that he is not taking new patients. That info was not given anywhere or displayed on his website.
I now begin the arduous task of begging and pleading for them to return my money because they scammed me. Just go to a normal Dr. Office

Not a good experience
The doctor never called with my lung x-ray results, and on two occasions, my prescriptions were not called in after I had been told they would be. I

GARBAGE website that charges you $200 just to look for your doc's schedule. STAY AWAY!!
I was looking for a particular doctor's schedule on OneMedical but I couldn't find her availability. I CANNOT drive and can only travel up to a certain distance. OneMedical does have a lot of availability for doctors in a more convenient location for me and hence I need to ask for a refund.
I have NO NEED for OneMedical and I don't think it is fair or transparent to charge a patient upfront in the name of "membership". All I got to do was to arrive at the conclusion that no one within a 5mile distance was available. There is noway this level of "service" should demand a fee of $200. I am not benefiting from it in anyway and there is no option for me to seek a refund. I will be reporting this everywhere until it gains traction.
