I saw my provider, and he referred me to their mental health plan because I asked for my ADD medicine. That is a system set up to make weekly sessions with a provider who is not licensed in my state; he is in Florida, and I am in California. Then he refers you to a mental provider who then refers you to a psychiatrist for medical advice, and then that doctor informs the PCP. In the meantime, each video visit costs $600 to healthcare, and an in-person visit costs close to $800. This system is designed to make as many appointments as possible while setting up appointments with providers I did not select myself, and on days/times I am not available. I HATE this!

I had precisely a 7-minute consultation (Dr was late) The cost was $600, and nothing was accomplished. The prescription was rejected by insurance & they do not provide follow-up like a normal doctor. I literally burned up $600+ the $199 membership in 7 useless minutes. This is the biggest scam ever, hugely disappointed.

Their message feature is useless. They don't even read what you said and just send you useless generic information.

They will gaslight you very politely and kindly, while smiling.

My experience with chrysta at the Columbus location was horrible. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning due to the type of employees this location hires.

Need to be aware of anything used from them, even tho they said online that virtual care is free, they would charge you $500 to do a first intro call without any medical services requested and only a tiny portion would be covered by insurance if you have high deductible

I was scheduled for spinal surgery. My surgeon ordered pre op tests, faxed it to them. I call to make appt. and they said they have no info on this. After they went and dug thru the pile at the fax machine, order was found. Had been there for 2 days. After appt. they never sent tests to Surgeon. He had to call the lab to get them day before surgery. No EKG report so one had to be done in the operating room before surgery. 3 weeks after surgery I was very sick with infection. Had to beg and plead for them to see me. Kept saying go to ER. They ran every test they could think of and treated me without any test results. I finally got better 10 days later. Still no test results. This used to be IORA Medical and was wonderful, then One Med bought it and the care has totally gone to hell. I'm looking for a new primary care and would not under any circumstances recommend One Medical.

In the year that I've been a member, I have yet to see an actual physician. The PAs are well meaning, and available within 24 hours, BUT are nowhere near qualified to provide medical care (ie will not recommend the right tests given your risk factors, etc.). If you want to see an actual physician, be prepared to wait several weeks - just like you can do for free - and for that physician to cancel on the day of the appointment, but with OM, you have the privilege of paying $300 for it.
