Wow! Do not go here!!!!! They ruined my blood samples and urine samples and I had to wait a week to hear it was destroyed and was still billed for it! Then told I had to retest!!!! Nope! Going to a regular doctor is best, don’t go to these people that can’t even get you results when you need it! After following up since Monday is when I was told about the destruction of my labs. Also they don’t allow results to be posted to your portal without review from a doctor which is illegal. They are supposed to be available to us as soon as they are to the doctor!

HORRIBLE company
I don't know how they can still be in business. They charge and annual fee, and it cost my daughter $310 for a 10 min call/appointment, and they won't even give her another refill unless she makes another appointment. It was supposed to be a $49 visit. How can this be legal?

What a horrible service
What a horrible service. It started out good and went downhill quickly. By the close of my interaction, it had spanned 7 days, multiple conversations and explanations on my end that were not read through by the nurse practitioners, and didn't receive what I actually needed. You're not connected to one person, your thread is funneled to whoever is available and they do not read what was discussed previously. This all ended in the wrong dosage, Amazon One Medical making me feel like I was begging for a controlled substance, which could not have been further from the truth, the prescription I needed is not a controlled substance, it is a common, easy to fill RX, absolutely unacceptable. I also made an unnecessary trip to my pharmacy and had to make two subsequent phone calls to make sure I was getting what I needed, after all, I paid a pretty high copay for this service, to not have my initial concerns addressed. I will never use the service again and recommend you do not either

Healthcare is sacred
Healthcare is sacred, guided by the timeless principles of the Hippocratic Oath. There should never be a two-tiered system where access to care depends on political affiliation, beliefs, race, or religion. Nothing is more egregious than a medical professional violating that oath for ideological reasons.
Nothing is more heinous than a medical provider who violates their oath due to political beliefs.
However, the culture at One Medical, influenced by progressive ideology, has led to some providers who appear to compromise their professional oath.
I experienced this firsthand. Despite lab work that flagged multiple serious comorbidities--with critical results highlighted in red--my provider at One Medical offered no treatment plan: no medications, no referrals, no follow-up. When I advocated for myself, suggesting potential treatments based on my symptoms and lab findings, she dismissed them outright without consideration.
After I expressed my frustration and filed a complaint with One Medical, they terminated my account. I am seeking legal advice to file a lawsuit against this company and its parent company, Amazon.
It's unacceptable that in a country where I contribute as a taxpayer, I am denied basic healthcare due to ideological biases.

The physician spent 3 minutes with me…
The physician spent 3 minutes with me to tell me he couldn't see me and charged $470 that insurance could not cover. He literally said seven words to me..."you will have to come into see me". I sent several notes to one medical assuming they would recognize that at best it was miscoding and at worst fraudulent. I received canned responses. I canceled my subscription.

worried surgery will never be the same again after this company took over
When one medical took over they promised to keep the same staff as before and would provide a better service, None of this is true as their are not hardly any of the previous staff. The nurses wing seems half empty and the doctors that are there only stay a few weeks or a couple of months. the surgery always appears to be almost empty. Do not sell out to this company. Not worth the one star.

Such a disappointing experience from…
Such a disappointing experience from One Medical- Amazon. I was so excited about trying one medical. Their billing and coding department was awful to interactúe with. The fees are si high even for tele services. I wish I had read rhe reviews before signing up.

Admin staff uses ChatGPT too much
Please stop having your admin staff use ChatGPT to respond! Recently I had a billing question about why One Medical no longer forwarded my insurance information to Labcorp when doing bloodwork. Someone replied saying it’s not their job to do that and they never did that. When I responded saying this was new behavior as of this year, I got a response saying the exact same thing as the first message but written by an LLM (probably ChatGPT). It gave no new information and I’m pretty sure they just copy and pasted the original message and asked for a new version but more verbose and to keep a “warm” tone. I’m used AI enough to know when something is written by an LLM. Protip, real humans don’t excessively use em dashes. It’s also a dead giveaway when someone completely changes their written style in the next message. Most importantly, my question about why they used to forward my insurance information but no longer was never answered. One Medical has become much worse since acquired by Amazon.
