It's the little things like having options for Claim of Exemption - ..., then choosing that option, and being told that it has an invalid character in it, i.e., the hyphen. Nonsense! That was a given option. For the most part, I love the ability to efile. I wish the cost were less since we are helping out the court by providing them with scanned documents so their staff doesn't have to scan them. But the convenience is wonderful.

One Legal puts its customers first rather than the other way around. I appreciate the immediate email saying my order has been received, the email indicating my documents have been reviewed and is on its way to court, an email indicating my document has been filed (or a phone call if it is not) and the conformed copy by 5:30. The website for ordering is easy to navigate and because all of the case information is saved, it is simple to submit a new order. I like to be able to check the status of a new order or review prior orders for billing information or confirmation of a filing some months later. I have been using One Legal for approximately 12 years and the service continues to be outstanding.
