I have had nothing but excellent service. I have used them for process service and court filing. Their website is user friendly and the conformed documents are easily accessible and timely.

I appreciate the easy-to-use interface and that it keeps track of all your cases so you can just e-file in the case again and do not have to enter all the info again. Quick responsiveness and interaction with the various courts.

My only complaint with One Legal is that when you email the help desk - it sometimes takes them days to respond back to you. Then they really never answer the question you have asked them. Need great improvement on their response time.

I think you e-filing system is well thought out and easy to use. My one suggestion has to do with billing. Other attorney service firms that we use bill us with a monthly or semi-monthly statement and, because we put in the client-matter numbers when we place orders, our firm administrators can approve the statement and it is paid by our acctg dept. Your company, I am told, does not pay by statements but rather by individual invoices. That requires that I prepare an individual check request for each, obtain the atty signature and then submit for payment. This is a lot of extra work for me and I am glad I do not use you for all my atty service filings or I would be spending all day on these check requests. Please let me know if you can bill by statement or please consider implementing this. Thank you.

Our firm has a preferred attorney service which we are to use whenever possible. However, when I have an e-filing in Orange or San Francisco counties, I love using One Legal. One Legal makes it easy to follow up on orders and everything.

Well-One Legal The company as a whole is very, helping and considerate of a Paralegal, Legal Secratary, etc.. time constraints and the importance of a deadline, which all courts impose to move case systematically. This prevents overcrowding lazieness, and/or, so-called " Money Matters", or "medical insurance". They email, fax, or leave in your court Inbox carbon copies, most of the time very clear detailed and professional. The bill process, is very user friendly, the way it's detailed and laid out, even a person without any legal knowledge can manuver trough the site. Additionally, when checking on status of process servers ability to, get the job done with due diligence, timely matter and awareness and respect for filing deadlines, the correct manner of serving or exhibit format is very amazing along with impeccable customer service skills. Keep up the good work and continue to thrive

GREAT SERVICE. This company has filed 3 sets of legal papers for me, in 2 different courts. Every time, they take care, call me if any problems, and provide the proof you need (since court does not "conform" with "filed" for a week). FAST service, too!
