I used another e-filing firm, and while they were helpful, I just never got the hang of it. When e-filing became mandatory in family law, I got very frustrated when I could not sign on with this other company. I contacted One Legal and they walked me through the process. It really could not have been easier. Everyone I've talked to is very helpful, patient with my stupid questions. Especially happy with their help because I was getting a lot of rejects for awhile, and they fixed some of that.

One Legal's website was extremely easy to navigate and use. Notifications were from court proceedings were timely and accurate. - Ron

SD Courts have a requirement that efiled documents have to by OCR (readable). I did not know how to do this and didn't have the right Adobe software. It turns out, that One Legal automatically makes your documents readable* and therefore compliant with the Court Rules. I really appreciate that. *FYI, This only happens if every page of your document is not OCR.

Very easy online interface, and often used for e-filing in California. Would recommend!

One Legal is the best! I use them for all of my court filings and process service orders. It is the most convenient system out there. They have a very user-friendly platform that works well for solo and small law offices who do not have time to fill out forms and call attorney service companies to handle time critical jobs. I also appreciate that staff at One Legal checks the filing before it goes out and calls to advise me of any anticipated problems with the documents. For example, I put in an order to serve a corporate defendant with the summons and complaint and I uploaded the documents to One Legal's platform. A customer service representative called to advise me that the names on the summons and complaint did not match exactly (something that my client, who filed the case in pro per, and the court did not initially catch) and I should amend the summons to avoid any problems. They held my order until I was able to file an amended summons. This saved my clients time and money.

Easy, fast and efficient. I never have to worry about a court filing using One Legal. Their staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Always have courteous, friendly customer service.
