Oneforma account review review team is very terrible and awful experience. I tried loading an exam page for a project certification, but it keeps on displaying blank screen. Then I basically tried to troubleshoot the issue on my end, including using VPN to know if the issue will be solved. And my account was automatically disabled. Little did I know that VPN is strictly prohibited I have tried contacting their support several times to basically explain the issue and why I even tried using VPN in the first place, and to also let them know it wasn't intentional nor for cheating purpose It's over a month now that I used the right support channel to send my complaint, but I haven't heard from them up until now. You're only fast in blocking and disabling accounts, but dead-slow in resolving issues with your experts If you have decided to permanently block my account, just make sure you wipe off all of my personal data from your platform to avoid issues Such a horrible support experience Reinstate my account then I may come back here for a positive rating

I had a very disappointing experience with OneForma regarding a project application. My application reached “Endorsed (100%)”, and I completed the required onboarding and payment setup. However, I was never given access to the trial stage or provided with a clear update on when I could proceed. The project communication also stopped, with the last update in the Lark project group on 7 August. I contacted the project team by email more than once to ask about the trial access and project status, but received no response. I also contacted OneForma Support, but did not receive a substantive response to my follow-up. I understand that projects can be delayed or that participants may be scheduled in batches. My main concern is the lack of communication and clarity. Candidates should be informed if a project is delayed, paused, or if they are no longer required, rather than being left waiting without knowing what to expect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend OneForma to others unless their communication and support process improves significantly.

I never used a vpn but got banned. I just changed my data connection to mobile since it was faster where I stay. I sent a ticket to their official email only to be unbanned, then banned five minutes later. For over three weeks, I have been contacting support, but they have been ignoring me. I feel it's a scam.
