This agency is simply unbelievably bad. No support or response to emails at all. You are completely left in the lurch. Completely pointless certifications for which you never get any useful informations or orders at all!

The platform was once reliable, but it has gone downhill significantly. The support team is unresponsive, often ignoring inquiries completely. It feels like a waste of time using this platform. Recently, most job postings require new certifications. Despite investing time and effort to obtain these certifications, job applications are frequently rejected without explanation. Reaching out to support for answers yields no results, It's frustrating to invest time in obtaining required certifications only to be met with silence and rejection.

I recently joined the Platform and had been invited for a project, when suddenly I received an email saying that my account had been disable. Just like that. For no reason at all (at least none that they cared to exlain). I've emailed them twice about it, and no return.

The platform seemed to be professional but now that I’m working with them in a project they are having trouble paying May and they own me a quite big amount of money. Moreover, the platform has a lot of problems, often it has projects on but it keeps saying that the projects are all done and you can’t work on them!

100% scam. I have passed several tests and I am still waiting for a response. I mean, it is already years waiting for a response.

Uniforma is corrupt and accommodates only manipulators. Various dubious companies get Oneforma jobs, which then got distributed to desperate job seekers to get the job done with paltry remuneration, while genuine job seekers' applications are not even looked at. All big projects are distributed among fake companies, and they then subcontract the work to unqualified people using hundreds of fake IDs. Most of these IDs are registered as US native speakers but the work is done by Asians. The rason, I think, is corruption. This platform is not genuine as it claims.

I've used them on serval occasions in the past, but nowadays it's not worth it anymore. Even if you are accepted for a project, they are not transparent about it. I was working on several tasks but the hits disappeared after a couple of days. They couldn't be depleted in such a short time, since it was a translation task with a rare language combination (less than 100 hits would be depleted per day). So I am guessing the project is on hold or it got canceled. I don't think I was banned because it says that all hits have been leased out, not that I am not authorized to work in the hitapp. And there's no point in contacting customer support because they never reply. Not to mention that the corrections are done by reviewers who do not seem to have native language skills in the target language, as they are full of errors. Even after I disagreed with the so-called 'corrections' they've been pending for over one month.

Avoid them. Dozens and dozens of unpaid certifications to qualify for never working. They close your account for no reason. I have written three times to ask for explanations and no one has ever replied to me. Not serious, not reliable. Frustrating experience. Do not rely on them.
