OneFormaReviews of oneforma.com

I don't usually write reviews, but this is the dumbest and most frustrating platform I have ever TRIED to work on. If I could give this company one star, I would. Some of their qualification tests are of a ridiculously low standard, spelling and grammatical errors, and some certification tests are broken, missing questions. Absolutely appalling

After more than 1 year working on various projects, Oneforma suddenly deactivates my account for supposed fraudulent activities. Despite me working as usual. They don't provide any further explanations, nor chance to appeal. What's worse, is that all the earnings for the current payment cycle are withold by the company. I warn all current and future users to keep working with them knowing that they can and will arbitrarily cancel you and keep your money.

I signed up about 3 weeks ago, invested most of my time on signing up to projects and passing certifications, right after the platform update, after committing to a project, my account got disabled for no specific reason or explanation. I’m truly disappointed, especially because I can’t seem to get any response from the oneforma support team

So I signed up about 3 weeks ago, and have been doing the exams for the certifications. Passed mostly all of them, when they did the update to the website they had incorporated the authenticator 2 step log in thats fine I had it all synced together so when I log in it would automatically send me the verification code. I would try to log in and it sent the verification code, then I would type it into the box press submit. It would say invalid code which didn't make since to me so I would redo the verification code. Said the same thing then I clicked recovery code typed that it said the same thing. For 3 days I tried to log in. So I emailed support they came back and said that my account was disabled due to fraudulent or multiple accounts. Of course they won't show me what they are talking about. I have one account and can prove my identity so I was not in violation of anything. Actually I can prove that I have been nothing but honest on my account profile...etc. If you try working their apparently signing in means your a fraud stay away from this company.

I worked on a project with OneForma and initially had no issues completing it successfully. However, I later got removed from the platform due to an MFA login issue beyond my control. Now my account has been deactivated for “suspicious activities” without explanation, even after completing previous work with no problems. Support has been completely unresponsive throughout the process. Don’t waste your valuable time as a contractor with this company.

Dear OneForma Team, My name is Sanjay Sarkar I have been a registered member of OneForma for quite some time and have successfully completed multiple certifications. However, despite my continuous efforts and time invested, I have not yet received any project assignments. It’s possible that some projects may have been approved, but I have not been assigned any tasks, while in most cases my applications seem to remain unapproved. I am very interested and eager to work with OneForma and contribute actively to your projects. I kindly request you to review my account and consider approving me for upcoming tasks or projects. If there are any specific reasons I haven’t been selected so far, I would appreciate your feedback so I can improve accordingly. If I continue to remain inactive without opportunities, it becomes difficult to justify the time and dedication I’ve invested. Looking forward to your kind response and support. Warm regards, Sanjay Sarkar
