As a fledgling growing ophthalmology clinic in a rural community, I had some true pain points and HR needs. Although initially hesitant to try a virtual assistant, I am so glad I took the leap of faith -- first with one front desk Edge hire and now with a virtual biller. Phenomenal experience with Edge! We have 8 associates and could not be happier. The staff members they bring are always very high quality. Best part is - the Pakistani candidates are doctors which is SO helpful in a healthcare environment. They answer calls at a much higher level than regular front desks we get here in the USA. My coordinator, Sajjal, is also amazing. Always there to jump in so I don’t need to worry about the operations / HR headaches. Overall 10/10 experience and could not recommend them more.
