I needed a bank product for an upcoming event. My banker, Eli Andujar made the process quick and painless. He offered other options giving quality benefit statements. Eli ensured to follow up and keep our lines of communication open. As a former Bank Manager of almost 20 years, I am always observing how people conduct themselves. Eli was courteous, professional, and prompt. Thank you Eli and One AZ. Joe B, from Tucson

I applied for an Auto Loan and Tim Riggs was my loan officer. I had previously sold my old car and needed a new one ASAP. I had already asked for days off at my job to get this process done so I could have a means of transportation to my job, and Tim Riggs was able to finalize the loan in a day! I am so grateful he took the time and went out of his way to get my loan approved by underwriting. I had been waiting for a call since 8 in the morning waiting for an approval. I called at 10am and spoke with Tim and within 30-40 minutes he was able to get my loan approved. We had been bothering Tim all morning from 10am until the banks closed at 5pm. I am so thankful for all his hard work and understanding, when I had so many questions. He showed professionalism and patience, and I couldn’t have been happier to have been assigned Tim Riggs as my loan officer, I honestly don’t think the loan would’ve been finalized in the couple of hours, had we not been assigned Tim. I appreciate everything he did for me that day and am extremely grateful.

Wow what an amazing experience thanks to Lindsay Herriott! She made the process very easy to understand and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much, Lindsay. My family and I appreciate you!!

I was under significant pressure with tax issues and sent multiple payments for the same depts. IRS and ARS. Maria Arcos Spent an hour of more helping me request to have the cash returned from the mistakes. Her work was successful and I got both back in my account in a situation where I was clueless. Thank you

Representative Adam Petri helped me with a wire transfer I need to make. It's complicated because I can't get to a branch. Adam arranged for a video conference to make it possible to begin the transfer process. Adam is warm, capable, and professional. I am very grateful for his help today.

Eli was kind, professional, and efficient. Second time he has assisted us. Thank you Eli!!

Great experience with my car refinance. The representative Zach, that helped me was on top of everything and we were able to get everything signed and closed in less than five hours. Thanks Zach for handling everything!
