I was helped out today by Virtual Banker (Seidy Gardea Trejo) and she was super helpful and informative towards several questions I had and easily helped me towards my account and showed wonderful membership appreciation.

Lacey Lee at the Prescott Valley branch…
Lacey Lee at the Prescott Valley branch greeted me and asked how she could be of help. She helped me with a rent payment and set up auto pay . She was friendly and yet professional and very much deserving of a 5 star rating. Thank you Lacey Lee.

My call with Jay Fowble
I was lucky enough to get to speak twice with Jay Fowble over these last two days to clear up an issue I was working through with Zelle. She was incredibly kind, very efficient with helping me figure out how I needed to proceed and also "patient" which, I must say is hard to come by these days. Very grateful for the team at OneAZ Credit Union.
