I applied for a line of credit increase…
I applied for a line of credit increase over the phone. The process was very easy to complete. Joanna Kelleher took my application over the phone and within a short period of time and providing docs, I received my docusign and was approved. Joanna was very professional and VERY helpful. Auto loan refinance

Auto loan
I called to get an auto loan and had the pleasure of speaking with Paul M in virtual banking. This is the first time I have gotten a loan from a credit union so I honestly had no idea what I was doing. Paul explained everything, answered my plethora of questions and was both patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend OneAZ credit union due to their competitive rates and Paul’s phenomenal customer service!

Needed help updating online profile
Got a slight confused when attempting to update profile information on my online profile. Was disappointed I had to call a member associate but Melissa Graeve was so awesome and instructive and patient. She helped me get my profile totally updated and made me feel good about OneAZ member services. Was able to get profile updated and feel good at the same time thanks to her!!
