I just had a great Chat Support experience with Michelle Watson, and am happy to leave her a glowing review! I've been banking with OneAZ for many years now, and had some out-of-the-ordinary discrepancies with my accounts on the back end that were messing with the notices I receive. She was quick to find them and fix them, then went out of her way to also verify the rest of my details on all other back-end systems to ensure everything lined up properly. A true gem to work with, and I hope the quality of her work is recognized and rewarded.

I recently needed to have some important documents notarized and went in to my local branch on 2-separate occassions in the same week. The prompt and helpful service I received was excellent and I was told that it was FREE for members! This same service would have cost me almost $50 at a local notary.

I enjoy speaking with someone that is man early as respect for the elderly has patience doesn't talk fast reconfirms information very knowledgeable everyone at ONE A Z.

Fraud and card services are A+. I was notified immediately of unusual activity on my card, saving me a lot of headaches and money. John W. Smith III with card services was particularly helpful in providing information on replacing the card. He also informed me of savings account options that I wasn't aware of. Very professional and helpful!

AzCU is the friendliest, and kindest bank I will ever use. It remains on a level only to be found with the most experienced institutions. My bank continues to provide me with excellent service. Malinda, today,and Eli yesterday, were both knowledgeable and kind. At times today, we appreciate those attributes more than others.
